Misscall Alert Service

I am useing Airtel connection. Last 1st October the Company has been deducted 15/- for Misscall alert service. But till now I am not able to get that facilities. Three times I had spoke to customer care @50paise per mintue. Everytime thair saying that problem has been slove. But I am not getting the facilities. Now I want to my moeny back.
