Bared All incoming calls& messages

Myself Mr. Channappa Hattigoudar. I have taken a Airtel Prepaid Sim (mob no-8197503507). But since 2 months i have not getting incoming calls and messages.incoming calls are bared due to technical problem. So many times i called Airtel custumer care but no body has solved my problem. So please hilp me ragarding this.
