(1) Broadband connection was running for more then 1 yaers or so. Without confirming the customer, Airtel has disconnected my Broadbvand connection. And for reconnection, Airtel has given me the time of more than 8 days which not acceptable. Here are two issues which need to to be investigated - first why Airtel has disconnected my Broadband connection without the customer's consent and second is even if by mistake they have disconnected it then why they are taking s long time to restore it.
Already VOICE is working right now. All wiring is alreayd is in place. All Hardware is in place. Then why Airtel is taking 8 days to restore my Broadbnd. Following are the impacts due to this diconection:
(a) Impact on my son's study who is in class IX. Internet was a great help which he can not access it. His home work is suffering due to this.
(b) My company is Global and my role is global, therefore, I need Internet access at my home which is impacting my work righ now.
(2) The fact is that when Airtel had given me the new connection at my house a year back, I had subscribed the combo PLAN of 499 where I had facility of using Broadband as well as VOICE. After some time, I had requested them to upgrade my PLAN to 899 with high Internet speed. After 4 months I requested again to degrade my subscription PLAN from 899 to 499 FLEXI PLAN where both the facilities are there VOICE as well as Broadband. But somehow AIRTEL has wrongfully deactivated my Broadband Account.
(3) My experience so far dealing the customer care is not ver happy and with no positive results. The customer care team has shown no sign of any sympathy towards my case not they have given any commitment nor exhibit any transparency in the whole case. No ownership. No accountability. I have been calling them daily to do follow-up to find the status of the my Broadband but all of this of no use.
(4) I have also tried to called their Floor incharge Ajay Bansal and Sumendra at Custome Care and the Nodal Person but so far there is no relief on the case.
Lastly I am pleading all of you concerned again to resolve the above problem ASAP.
