Sub: Mobile Number Portability problem from airtel to aircel
On 24/4 i got the unique porting code from airtel. i wanted to get it ported to aircel as there was cheaper Internet packs available in aircel compared to airtel. i submitted the porting code to aircel company in hubli bt till today i have not got the connection to aircel. since 1 month my Sim is dead. after 5 days of applying to aircel, airtel company failed the registration of the Sim. i waited for 1 week bt i dint get the connection. so, i approached aircel office and asked about the problem. but they asked me to verify it in the airtel office as i had not got the message regarding disconnection before failing the registration of the Sim. when i approached the airtel office, they told that the Sim had been ported out from airtel company. but the aircel is telling that they have not received any intimation regarding the porting out from airtel. aircel took 1 week time saying that they will fix the the problem through their head office but now neither the airtel nor the aircel are listening to my problem and they are blaming each other for problem i am facing.
my unique porting code from airtel is AX231198
so kindly solve my problem as soon as possible as i am not in contact with any of my friends since 1 month due to this problem.
