About activation of unnecessary services

Airtel- I am user of Airtel network services. My no. is 9601125772. My problem is that I can’t keep balance in my account because of their deductions. Whenever I recharge my no. they activate services daily n cut money from my balance. My balance always remains NIL. I have to use my cell only for incoming calls. I am afraid that if I keep balance they again cut all the money. I have complained so many times but they says that they can’t do help for me. I am not only there are so many users who also facing this type of problems but no one have the courage to come in front.

I request you please take necessary step against above service provider. and refund me my money.

Uninor- I am also user of Uninor network. My no. is 9173126891. Now my problem is that they call me so many time to activate their services like unlimited music, caller tune and all, but every time I say no. On 27th april, 11 they send me an sms ” Unlimited minutes free! Toh soch kya rahe ha abhi dial kare *560# aur pao unlimited minutes free! ” When I have dialed the *560# to know about this they immediate activated the unlimited music and cut Rs. 60 for a month from my balance. When I have talked the customer service center they replied that they can’t do any help for me. I talked ten times till now every time they refuse me to refund my above deducted money.

So I request you please take necessary step against above service provider. And refund me my money. It is not a matter of Rs 60. But it is the matter of that how the cheat customers.
