I SRI, PALASH KUMAR SADHU, TOOK A PREPAID MOBILE CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER. THE CONNECTION WAS LIFE TIME AND AT THE TIME OF FIRST TIME INSTALLATION THE AIRTEL RETAILER TOOK THE NECESSARY CHARGES FOR LIFE TIME VALIDITY. SURPRISINGLY FROM 01.11.2011 AIRTEL IS GIVING MESSAGE TO ME THAT THE VALIDITY OF MY IS STIPULATED TO NOV6. I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE AND THE NODAL OFFICER RESPECTIVELY. BUT INSTEAD OF SOLVE THE PROBLEM THEY ADVISED ME TO RECHARGE WITH ONLY Rs.48/- AND THEN THE CONNECTION WILL BE LIFE TIME AND I WILL ALSO GET Rs.40/- TALK TIME. MY NUMBER IS 9007457767. MY QUESTION IS WHY I WILL PAY 2ND TIME FOR LIFE TIME VALIDITY.

MY SIGNATURED FORM ALONGWITH NECESSARY DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE IN THE CUSTODY OF AIRTEL. THEN WHY THEY ARE HARRASSING ME? PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
