The tariff vouchers that the Airtel had made available to its customers are one of Rs. 75/- and other of Rs. 149/- for one month validity. But the most inconvenient thing is that one has high call rates (in general) and A-A call and sms low rate facility at night while the other, on the other hand has an overall low rates but no A-A call and sms facility at night and also its too expensive... So both the tariffs lack one thing or the other... The customers are at inconvenience all the way...
It would be of great help to customers if Airtel could manage to start a new tariff voucher that combines both tariff vouchers' facilities i.e. call rates must also be down and must provide with A-A call and sms on low rate at night or so... and also must be cheap in cost...
People prefer Airtel for the good it has done... it would be good if it continues to keep the same spirit.
