Airtel in India (Mobile phone Service) is the most stupid service one can subscribe. Most of the time's the line gets cut after talking for 10 or 20 seconds and the customers are billed for one whole minute. Perfect way to dupe their customers. Now imagine if they have 10 Million customers in India and this kind of thing happens to 7 million customers, then these Airtel people make 14million rupees in one day - considering that the line gets disconnected at least two time a day for 70% of their customers. I may be wrong but I am sure its to at least 90% of their customers.
Lastly " TO GET THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE ON 121 IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. I THINK THAT IT'S EASIER TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THAN TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES OF AIRTEL".
Sadly a very unfortunate situation how the company treats its customers who they make money from - SAD :-(
