Non-delivery of 3G USB stick from Vodafone

I had applied for 3G USD stick from Vodafone. The agency involved was Andromeda Marketing Private Limited / Talk Sales & Marketing Private Limited. Firstly, i was asked to issue a cheque in favour of Andromeda Marketing Private Limited. Then after 4 days, i was asked to re-issue a cheque in favour of Talk Sales & Marketing Private Limited. The cheque got cleared on 05 December in favour of Talk Sales & Marketing Private Limited for Rs 1, 799/-. Till date, after numerous phone-calls, i havent received the 3G USB stick. The customer care no. given was 9619218126/ 9619218137. No body seems to answer my call on first attempt. After numerous attempts if someone picks-up the phone, all i get to hear is that you will receive the stick by evening or tommorrow morning. But till date i havent received any stick. I was also given a number of Mr. Mewin, Sales Manager (9768113956) in the company handling 3G USb Stick department. Even he replied the way customer care dept. did. And now Mr. Mewin doesnot even pick up my phone call... WHAT IS TO BE DONE NOW???
