Disconnection of landine

Dear Sir

I am using your BSNL landline (Number 0129-2261021) installed at 544 sector 17. As i m shifting from faridabad so i want to disconect this connection. For this purpose I have visited BSNL Office several number of times but with the application of discontinue.

So kindly request you to please reply to this complaint. As i have not recieved the bill from 2-3 months so kindly give me the outstanding bill amount so that i can finish all the dues and discontinue using the connection
