Wrong fare

Dear Sir,

Every Monday I take a B.M.T.C. bus (normal bus) from CBI to Hebbal to catch my company Bus. The bus ticket charged sometimes is Rs 5 & sometimes Rs 3. I wanted to know that what is the correct fare for the same.

Is public being cheated? Or some conductors are unaware of the ticket fares.?
