False Marketing Compaigns

Cleartrip Marketing Offer:

"Book any Train on Cleartrip.com from 23rd July to 31st July and get a Rs.4000 jewellery voucher from Surat diamond."

I booked my ticket on 27th July during promotion period having trip ID 1007273659 but till date (about to complete 2 months) no response from Cleartrip. I even called five times to cleartrip in last one and half month to get the status but every time they said “Sorry for the inconvenience caused” and no actions so far.

This shows that Cleartrip is coming up with false Marketing Promotions just to increase the revenues. Once the campaign finishes, they also forget to keep their promise and start promoting another false marketing compaign.

As a consumers, we should raise our voice to restrict companies like cleartrip in doing such kind of business.
