I booked a ticket through the company from India to singapore and the same was paid online by net banking.
I cancelled the ticket on 6/09. During the cancellation the company told me that they will take 5 to 6 days in processing refund. when I contacted them after 15 days of cancellation they said this process take 40 to 45 days.
today it is 52 days already passed no refund received when contacted online it is the answer that it will happen like this only.
Is there any authority available who can look into these kind of matter and penalise the companies doing this fraudulant practice.
