My irctc id have been blocked at your end since 24/1 . I have mailed the same and my Complaint No.is 288936. I have to incur huge monetary loss due to such blockage and insensative response from irctc support numbers give in your site, on which I have dialed but with no response. Please unblock/reset my password immediately. I have submitted several requests on the required site as guided.
