Stay away from this fraud company - Indiatoday Bookclub

In Dec '09 Indiatoday bookclub called and offered me some books and free holiday package. Accordingly they charged me thru credit card an amout of Rs.6396. Couple of weeks later i got a communication from this fraud company asking me choose my holiday places and again send draft for Rs.1798 (Rs.899 x 2). I have done that also thinking my vacation would happen in any moment after a couple of days but still i dont have any clue about this. There is no contact no.for them on which we can contact easily. I tried to contact their helpdesk a few occasions with lot of pain - getting line takes minimum of half an hrs' holding. As per them its being actioned and i will get a revert in couple of days... this is their usual robot message... but still i don't have any clue about how long i have to wait..
If making easy money is their aim then please stop it now and mend their way..
