I, Sujay Dutta holding SBI Credit card for last 6 years & have a good association with SBI CARD. I want to inform you that on 28.03.11 I have recd one telephone call from Heritage Holiday Pvt Ltd stating that they have provide exclusive offer to SBI Card member and explain some scheme for me with a agreement that they have send the offer to my address and if it is ok than it should accepted by me & billed the transaction to my credit card. But it has been observed that they have taken payment by IVR process with some false commitment. Same day I informed to customer care executive to cancel that payment and send one Dispute form by fax & email.
Dear sir It is my humble request to you that cancel that transaction of Rs. 4545 on 28/3 on Heritage Holiday india pvt as the deal was not as per the commitment made by them.
