It is for your kind information that on 17th of February around 11.00 am i received a call from the number 0120 - 3009400, Mr. Pankaj called me.
I booked the air package along with hotel charges at the rate of Rs. 9498 and Rs. 3198. The amount was taken from my Credit card.
Transaction ID : 440024485 for Rs. 9498
and 440023485 for Rs. 3198
I called your office at no. 011 - 40502424 on 18th February Mr. Gaurav.
But what Mr. Pankaj has told that i will get the Air ticket details and the hotel name within 48 hours. but on calling your helpline number of India Today Book Club i was surprised to get the actual details that its a gift voucher and it will take around 1 and half month. This was not expected from the persons calling in behalf of India Today Book Club. Mr. Pankaj told me wrong things.
I called for cancellation of the booking. The details are as under:

But to my surprise, not expected from India Today Book Club", i have recevied any information regarding the refund, not any information is passed on to me regarding the refund. I have used Credit Card of my freind and he is pressing me hard to get the refund / money back to his account.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
