One of my friends gave the number of mine to Iadia Darshan as my first anniversary was coming. India Darshan ‘s senior manager called me for a booking and explained that on rate of 4999/- they will provide the hotel accommodation along with sightseeing and breakfast for any four adults for 2 night and three days. And they were given a shoe and watch free. I booked this and paid amount of 4999 by credit card. After payment, problem started. I got a voucher from India Darshan after 7 days stating that when you want to book trip, send a form fill along with 599 DD. And the voucher stating that 2 adult and 2 children can be booked by the voucher along with term and condition which never told to me at the time of booking. Finally, I did same because I already paid 4999 Rs.
When I called again to India Darshan, Divya picked the call, she told that the booking is for 2 adult and 2 children. I shocked. Then I asked to contact your S. Manager and asked to him what he told at the time of booking of package… got surprise again… lady told that they have all conversation record in his system and as per that two adult and two children can be booked… All fraud done by them… really they are making fool to aam admi. All booking and conversation done through phone so I do not have any evidence but I have those mails which I sent to them… and company have conversation store in their system (I don’t think)
Finally on 15 (not remember exact date) they called and informed me that they booked my hotel in Orchid Inn, Ooty per request on date 19th to 21st. Once I reached to hotel, I got other surprises. No room available for me at 6:00AM and I got a very dirty room at 8:30AM for getting fresh. The room smelt like anything. Just I spend 2 minutes in room and came out because couldn’t stand there. Finally I got a room at 9:15AM which is also very dirty and full dusty. The water was red and drinking water also fully dirty. I understand India Drashan and Orchid Inn Otty cheated me. Also For sightseen and for food, I paid the amount which was included in package. Now I have been cheated by them. Would you please advice me what should I do and what AAM AADMI should do
