Dear sir,

this is just for your kind information that today i was at reservation counter at gorakhpur window no.814 there was some Mr. Pathak he was making ticket in side the counter when i oppose him he talk me very rudely when i given him my form and request for side lower and side upper or any two birth near by he told me there is no any such type of birth vacant so he gives me birth no.37 and 61 in 3rd AC.both are middle birth.

So i request you please look in to my complain and take required action. my ticket was From Nagpur to Kanpur any PNR No. 421-8991980.
