Misleading information, Online booking Erro

Mettur Super Services (MSS) worst experience.

I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore thru MSS online booking. The boarding point was "Ashok Nagar", Chennai at 10.45pm. I reached the boarding point at 10:10pm and waiting there for more than an hour. The service starts from Koyambedu. Hence, I called the Koyambedu MSS counter twice. They said it will come. But after waiting for more than an hour (11:25), I called to Mettur MSS counter and somehow got the driver's no. When asked he said the 10:45 bus started and has reached Poonamalle. Moreover, he mentioned that the MSS counter staff at Koyambedu didn't mention that there will be a passenger waiting at "Ashok Pillar". Hence, he didn't stop at "Ashok Pillar". I request everyone not to book MSS thru online and don't travel in MSS.
