It’s very unfortunate on company’s part that after sales you have never followed up with the customer to know whether he is facing any problem to avail the package benefits or why customer has not utilized the package till date.
Within this last 9 to 10 months I have not received any hard copy of your holiday package or any document stating that I have paid you 7000 /- Rs through my Credit Card. It’s my bank statement which indicates that I have made you the payment. It’s very bad malpractice on your company’s part the way they are fooling the customer by just selling the package and then least bother about the customer’s later on.
I guess last month I have received one message stating that “We are unable to process your request and regret for the inconvenience” but unfortunately by mistake I lost that mess. And till date I have not received single mail also from your company.
So it’s enough fooling around and request you to return my paid amount at the earliest to avoid further legal action which would be bad on your company’s part as well as on the customer part.
