Egardng railway e-ticket transaction failure

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was booking for Tatkal E-ticket from MAS to SBC on 27-dec for journey date 28-dec, but after i made my payment of Rs 268 on my debit card IRCTC site didnt open and message came that error occured.

I check for the refund status for failed transaction which shows that i made no payment.

Transaction id = 0434729654

amount: Rs 258 extra (10) for sbi card bank charges.

sbi bank detials for above transaction is "POS 136171384701 IRCTC "
