I have posted my complaints since 35 days ago but still yet to receive any action either from your end or from the respective company.
I once again would like to request you to expedite and resolve my problem as early as possible.
I would like to remind that I have not received my travel/holiday voucher from the Bigcity (ITBC) since Oct' 09 even after paying DD of Rs. 899/- and several reminders over phone. The details of the communication made by me over mail (other than phone) are as per below for your reference and action.

Please go thru the detailed mail which I had sent to Mr. Kunal & others (see CC) and getting no response from anybody, till today.
The details of the mail speaks for itself.
I am a very old member of ITBC and not only have purchased many things for myself but also recommended to my friends to become a part of it. Whether you beloeve or not, I truly represent ITBC sitting here in Darjeeling.
Since I myself in the service/hospitality industry cannot expect such unprofessional attitude from the people who are in the same trade (bigcity) and that too after several reminders over phone & mail. If one cannot avail an offer then it is no point of becoming a member and purchasing things from ITBC since everything is available at doorstep.
My voucher ITBC-2532 (against Inv. No. ORA090066759) alongwith Draft is lying with Bigcity and another unused voucher ITBC-8549 is lying with me, since the first one have not availed so far how can I go for the 2nd one.
My sincere request to you to kindly go thru my detailed forwarded-mail sent to Mr. Kunal & others and enable me to avail the offer (if possible) or get back my draft which is lying with bigcity since last Oct'09.
A favourable reply is anticipated and be highly appreciated.

I got a ITBC voucher No. 2532 which was sent to your office on 20th Jul' 09. Thenafter several request and due to some site maintenace job it got delayed on receiving my Booking Request Form from your end and somehow it received during first week of Sept' and the same was sent to you on 09th Sept' 2009 along with the D.D. Then I requested over phone & mail that since I from a Hill Station did not want to go to the places you are offering for and specially during the period I opted for (HIll Stations in the pick of Winter), so either give me some places otherthan these or the places I opted for as per the dates availabile. And I was told to be informed the same from your end next week or so.
Since then I have been calling up your office by sepnding so much of money over STD and every time they assured me the same but "Next Week" never turns up. I can mention some of the names like Anita, Merry, Pravakumari, Sonali, etc.etc. (so many I forgot).
Now, would you please look into this matter seriously enable me to avail this voucher? Because, to be very franked I am a hotelier and won't have time to go anywhere between April-June (as you know pick-season in all hills) and my voucher would expires on June. I also have another voucher No. 8549 which I am not able to send because of this and would expire in Sept' 10.
So, kindly do something so that either I can go somewhere during this March or if you can extend for a month then July.
