I was traveling from amalapuram to hyderabad on kesineni volvo bus with service number VL143 on 12th april. According to their rules we have to put all our luggage in their luggage place under the bus (dickey). when dropped at hyderabad and reached home, i found some articles (digital camera and handy cam) and cash are missing. Surprised how it can happen when the suitcase was locked. when tried to catch bus owners at nizampet - hyderabad, cleaner of the bus accepts that there were two other cleaners who were sleeping in the dickey. How can bus owners allow any one to sleep with luggage. Now they are not responding since 24 Hrs. and my belongings are still missing. No one is helping in this regard. Please do not trust kesineni travels and do not travel through kesineni travels.
