I ve tried to book one ticket from Vijayawada to Bangalore through Kesineni travels website on 04/01. The payment gateway for kesineni travels is being handled by CCAvenues. Ive made the payment and my account got deducted for an amount of 780/- Rupees. However the ticket didnt get booked and an error message was being prompted on the screen. Ive called Kesineni travels customer care and they have said that it will take 15 days for the amount to get re-credited. How can they say like that. Iam waiting for my credit. Please let me know whether there have been any instances of non-crediting by Kesineni travels.
