Efused to tickets in advance

Sir,

sub: shocking behaviour of ksrtc staff at booking counter in davangere bus station

refering to the above subject, rude and uncivilized behavious of the lady sitting in counter and refusing to book advance tickets from Davangere to Gulbarga without proper reason is inexusable. On 11.3.2010 morning when asked to book tickect just 2 days in advance, she utterly refused and said booking could be done, only on same day of journey, not before. For demanding reason she got into verbal arguments supported by other staff and Depo manager. This is not for the first time. I still unable to understand what is the purpose of opening advance booking counters when they not to do so. Its my request to take proper action on the concerned staff and ensure good service.
