This is a complaint in reference to my travel from Vashi - Pune through Mumbai - Maajalgaon ST Bus on 5th Aug 7.pm evening. Actually, I boarded Mumbai- Maajalgaon bus from Vashi & I had to get down at Somatane Phata, as I Stay at Talegaon Dabhade, so I asked for the same ticket to the bus conductor (Mr. Badhe). He replied very arrogantly telling that this bus does not go via Somatane Phata & told me to ask the bus driver about it. After few mins of argument with Mr. Badhe, he told me that I will have to get a Chinchwasd ticket as ticket till Somatane phata cannot be issued. So I requested & got a ticket till Chinchwad.
But all this misbehavior did not stop here. While I was getting down at Somatane phata, again Mr. Badhe (conductor) started arguing using bad words, as if both he & bus driver did a favour to me by dropping me at Somatane phata. On top of it, both Mr. Badhe & bus driver forced me to return my bus ticket. They said you cannot take your ticket as it will became a witness against them. When I refused to return my fare ticket to Mr. Badhe, he asked the driver to start the bus & told me that if you do not return your ticket back to us, you will hve to get down at Chinchwad only. Finally, I had to give them my ticket & then got down at Somatane Phata.
Please consider this as a serious complaint against this malpractice & misbehavior of bus conductor (Mr. Badhe) which was also supported by the bus driver.
Also pls. reply to this complaint before next Sunday i.e 15th Aug.
