I was tried book a bus ticket through make a trip it was May 11th from Bangalore to palakkd. My money was deducted from my account i got sms also it generated some booking id also NU21134913464267 when i compliant through web site as well as customer care also they saying within 72 hr money will reflecting back to your account but around 12 days my money not credited back what can i do for this legally to the people please help me
