I have booked 2 tickets to and from Delhi Bhuvneshwar on 9 july through make my trip. Booking ID are FLT000017196245&FLT17195963.On same day I have Canceled these tickets online. Cancellation was confirmed and deduction, refund and cancellation details were displayed on screen. Now these people are telling that no tickets were canceled and no refunds are allowed. This is nothing but day light robbery. Pl.help.
