Refund Cheat in case of Failed transaction

Hi Everyone,

Here is some information might be useful for others...

Make my trip is a big cheaters.. here is story for the same..

I used there online system to book ticket, payment were processed and i got a response saying your payment has been processed, but due to technical difficulties we are unable to book your ticket.

Same will be refunded to you...

Then, I got a mail saying that your refunded amount would be 13150 instead of 14098.

The booking was not made at all and i have not cancelled the booking why these deductions.. I dont know...

When i called they said give me your bank statement, I have given the same but no luck...

I am plannning to go to consumer forum...
