Sir,
I tried to book a ticket online from Make my Trip.com and the amount of Rs. 13187 debited from my bank account but the statement comes from the agent is that they are unable to process my transaction due to some problem at their end and eill refund my amount with in next 02 working days.
I have no money left on my account and I have to travel to Kolkata on 1st Nov and when I tried to contact the Call Centre they told that they can help me nathing.
Sir,
They are holding my money for 02 days with out any interest and I am facing a lot financial problem for the same.
