Booking not honoured - no refund clarity

Make my trip booking ID - IN1110B09709

I have done the booking and got the above mentioned ID. This is regarding a Kerala package trip. I have paid Rs 54, 000/- in advance (100%). On the said date of departure, the flight got cancelled. There was no alternate arrangement neither there was any clarity about how to take it forward.

Looking forward for an immediate addressal.
