Poor behaviour & wrong way of taking

Hello

I am Kumar k, working in accenture as support engineer at maratahalli. Every day i used to go by VOLVO bus to maratahalli by Mejestic and return. Every day i facing the same problem, daily i used to give change to conductor, but yesterday i gave rs 100 and ask for ticket, simply he was started scolding at me even don, t know the reason after he asked for change, actually i told them i don, t have change then also he started blaming by using local words, even i never heard those words before. Both driver and conductor told me that, hey take my name and go what ever you want do it, will you give complaint go man go, like that he told by mother language.

I had more respect to government employees before, after seeing these things i thought its all waste, no need of giving respect to anyone. See how these peoples are treating passengers, even i forget to take change back while get down to maratahalli, before i asked him in between traveling but he not responding at all.

Sir i am requesting you to take some action regarding this. Really these conductors and drivers always used to blame passengers, Why you thought we don, t know any words, we know better than them, but we don, t want all those things. Please take some action to conductor and driver of below bus number
