My Family & My friend B. Sahoo & his family visited ooty on dt- 10/05.
on dt- 13/05 around 9 AM we have booked a tour package to Mysore & Bangalore through Mr. N. Dinesh, Sakthi Travels, Hotel Gangothri Sunrise Complex, Mysore Road, Ooty. Mobile No : 9443077687 / 9442669037.Total Cost of Package cost was Rs. 8, 700/-
(Rupees eight thousand seven hundred) paid by us to Mr. N. Dinesh. Mr. N. Dinesh promised us to provide following facilities :
01. 2 Delux Rooms at 3 star categories hotel for 2 days at Mysore @ Rs. 800/- = 3200/-
02. Bus fare from Ooty to Mysore for 4 persons @ Rs. 200/- = 800/
03. Sightseen by A/c Car at Mysore = 1100/-
04. Bus fare from Mysore to Bangalore @ Rs. 175/- = 700/-
05. 2 Delux Rooms at 3 star categories hotel for 1 day at Bangalore @ Rs. 800/-= 1600/-
06. Sightseen by A/c Car at Bangalore = 1300/
Total Rs. 8, 700/-
After leaving by Bus from Ooty we have reached at Mysore around 5.30 PM. From mysore Bus stand we contact J.K. Travel, Mysore Comlex, Mysore, CELL-09342156319 as per the receipt issued by Mr. N.Dinesh. The owner of J.K. Travel refuse to provided service to us. After one hour of discussion over telephone with Mr. N. Dinesh, the owner of J.K. Travels accept us and accomodated us with a general lodge named R.K. Royals at Mysore and provideda non AC car for Sight seen. The cost of the room of R.K. Royals is Rs. 350/-.Thereafter on dt- 15/05 The owner of J.K. travels denied to provide Bus fare from Mysore to Bangalore. He arrange 2 bed room at Hotel Chaitanya, No. 11. Shree Kantha Rukmaji Lane, 20th Cross, R.T. Street, Bangalore- 560053 through agent Mahesh Anandh, Sai Anandh Travels, Ph- 09844408533 / 09448736181. The cost of the room is Rs. 350/- per day.
Mr. Mahesh Anand provided a non a/c Maruti Van for Sight Seen from 3 pm to 7.30 PM. For that again they chared us Rs. 300/- . In this way we have cheated ay all the three travel agent. We have losed our pocket money Rs. 5, 000/-, energy, valuable times alonge with mental tension.
Therefore We request you kindly arrest the first person Mr. N. Dinesh and collect the cheating amount of Rs. 5, 000/- alongewith additional amount of Rs. 15, 000/- towards taking mental tension.
