B-traveller and destinations does not honor the commitment and booking taken by them through internet and phone even after depositing the advance.
I have booked in a Innova car in second week of May through internet with B-traveller and destinations for Badrinath and Kedarnath yatra. Also, I have deposited Rs. 3000 as advance in their bank account. My booking was confirmed by Mr. parag Suri in writing and also over phone.
However, when my family reached to Haridwar, Mr. Parag Suri and his associate said that they cannot provide innova car and provided substandard other vehicle in the rate of innova. Their office boy also behaved very roughly and in a way to threaten me.
I felt cheated with their behavior and business practice. I will advise the people not to use the services of b-traveller and destinations as they are just commission agent and they do not have their own vehicles.
If you want to tavel Haridwar. please do not book the vehicle with local travel agents using internet and deposit advance in thoir account to get cheated later on.
