As a common man I have no option but to use Bus for commutating from safed pool to Andheri Stn. daily for my job.

I find very difficult to catch a bus even though i have taken seasonal pass for the same.

The reason behind this is low frquency of the bus especially bus no.332. If one has to catch the bus he has wait atleast for 20min.

till then there gets so crowd that it is highly impossible to catch the bus & same is the case for andheri stn. where the people like me always stand in que but there not a single TC to maintain that line. I had avery bad experience due to this, yesterday I saw a woman who was hurt very badly while getting into the bus.

I would request to you please look personaly into this matter

I would suggest you to please ask them to increase the frequency of the bus especially during morning hour from 8am to 9.30am as this is peak time of rush. Also some TC to stand at each bus stand to maintain the line so that childrens, womans & old citizen did not get hurt they catch the bus safely

I alway see a bus standing in the depot for minutes & minutes while the driver & conductors doing gappa ghosti & eating Tobacco with no TC attending or caring anyone.

Please make them understand the value of time
