J's heritage resort Kodaikana
Not refunding booking amount

Hi,

This is Devendra From Pune.

We have a booked a cotage in J's Heritage Hotel and Resort, PT Road Kodaikanal on 12/12 for 4 persons for 3 nights 25, 26 & 27 Dec.

I have made a payment of 4000 /- for a cottage booking online via icici bank.

But unfortunately due to our train ticket not getting confirmed and we are in waiting list, we didnt able to reach the hotel on specified date.

So when asked for refund to Mrs Sudhakar on mobile 9842140693, 04542-244340, 04542-241323

they are simply ignoring it and not refunding us our money back.

So here a request to consumer court to please help me in getting my money back from these peoples.

Also a note to tamilnadu government to ban such hotels in future.
