I had taken membership of Club Mahindra in Sep, paid the 10% down payment and 3 months EMI of Rs 36, 778 with cheque number 176320 from HDFC Bank, en-cashed on 18th Sep 2012. From Mangalore office Brijesh B and Chethan Shetty had visited me as salesreps.
I had sent a mail to the sales rep on 20th Sep 2012 to cancel my membership; but it was not done and he asked me to decide to continue with membership or cancel it after I experience 2 days stay at Goa. Now, the sales rep is not picking my calls and is not cancelling my membership nor my money is reimbursed.
During sales, the rep also had told that DAE membership can be exchanged with Club Mahindra holidays which today I realized that is not possible.
During sales, the rep had told that I will get 4000 worth of food voucher during my goa stay but that I didnt receive voucher and I had to pay in cash.
During sales the rep had promised additional 2 days and additional 4000 worth of vouchers. I didn't receive both of them till now.
Now the rep is not answering any of my calls and not picking phones or messages.
Couple of weeks back I received a letter confirming my membership saying that membership id is 2451609. I still didn't receive my membership card, still didn't receive food voucher and still didn't receive DAE membership.
I'm deeply disappointed with all false promises during sales and also not refunding the amount paid. As per contract if I had requested refund within 10 days of payment, I'm eligible for refund. I had requested refund but it was not executed.
Request you to cancel my membership and refund the amount at the earliest.
