Complaint against Refunding of Money

I am writing this as a complaint, against the delay in refunding of my ticket amount and the poor performance by the Akbar Travel Agent (india):

I was forced to take a ticket on urgent basis for my brother due to visa issues, through the Akbar Travels airport counter in Trivandrum (india) as detailed below

e-ticket# 9102675395829

Oman aviation # FZBZFK

date of issue : 30/07/10

date of cancellation : 30/07/10, in Oman airport counter in muscat

Pax: Mr. Mohammed Ariff

It was informed by Oman air personnel to refund the money in the office where it was booked. I have went in person to Akbar travel air port counter and have given all the details like bank account to the travel agent on the same day.

They informed me that the process for refunding requires 14days to get the reply from OMAN air and refunding process. But still there is no advancement in this issue.

Since we all with family are residing in Muscat, i have to turn back to my work and eventually i couldn't follow these issue in person.

Also the same agent have cancelled a non-refundable ticket in Emirates airlines, without any information. which is another issue.

PLEASE RAISE THIS ISSUE WITH THE BOOKING AGENT THAT MAKE A BAD REPUTATION OF SUCH AIRLINES.
