Misbehaviour by bus staff

Hi,

I went from delhi to jaipur by bus on 15/01

i met with a travel agent he ask me that we'll provide you

delux (AC) bus of no.[RJ-01 PA-1489].And the name of th travell

agency of is AMRITSAR TRAVEL SERVICE.but they make me fool. The travel agency promised me to leave at sindhi camp bus stand but he din't.

He left me any unknown place. so please take strict action regarding this.
