we have installed iptv on 8/08 and it stops working on 9/08. we have lodged many complaints over phone but no action has been taken yet..Even after more than 10 days, the customer care executive told that engineer will solve the issue and engineer on their visit said that only wireman can solve this problem. The cycle goes on and we end up wasting our talktime as your complaint number is not Toll-Free. Lastly, i want to say that after logging this site I saw so many complaints about Mtnl's new launch (iptv)... and can only say if this will be the feedback that customers receive..then this will again going to be a new huge loss of Mtnl..
