I applied for the Airtel Digitel TV HD DVR two weeks back. I made payments over phone (airtel Customer Care agent had called me)
It’s been 14 days since I requested for HD DVR. Since then have called up 5 times and spoken to 5 different customer care agent but to no avail.
I don't understand why take the money if you don't have the product.
