Facing issue with airtel DTH STB since May. No permanent solution is provided.
Technician comes restart the box and resolve it. Once warranty expired in Sep they are asking me to replace STB and pay Rs750.
STB technical issues was reported with in warranty period then why customer is being forced to pay for it.
I had multiple follow up with customer care and received rude behavior. Even my complaint no 14214767 was closed.
I am looking forward for your help.
