NOn refund of dues and arbitrary midway cancellation of service

My customer id with Bigflix.com is 27815117. This account was renewed in the first week of October for the next 3 months. However randomly in November the company decided to end their DVD home delivery service which i had opted for and asked us to take up compulsorily their online version of movie rentals. I do not prefer to watch movies on a computer screen and hence asked for termination as per their second option. I was asked to send an email on their email id [email protected] asking for a refund. However despite 2 such emails, I have not heard from them on this issue. I have now started checking up regularly with their call centre 022-39885454 about the issue and this is whole different world of people. The executives are rough, impolite and have a single point agenda, dragging the issue further. My compalint no. with them is 001604614. Executives such as Manali Kulkarni, Ratan Kunde and Hemant Rao have all been unable to resolve the issue and simply delay the refunds. However the worst repsonse came from Kanchan Ugade who simply replied that it shall take 45 days for the refund and "things don't wrok as per your wish" and cut the call at her end.

If they have decided to terminate the service, the refund should be more prompt and at least a reply from their side confirming the refund is a must. For the last 7 days no one has replied to my two emails on this issue.
