I have renewed my BIGFLIX DVD home delivery subscription on 23 Oct for 2 years (Offer renew for one year and get 1 year free). Later I came to know that this offer was online despite the fact that Bigflix has discontinued with delivery of DVDs w.e.f. 18th Nov’11.
I don’t have facility of watching online movies and I am not interested in getting complementary CD’s from BigFlix.
I am not sure if this is a technical problem or a fraudulent way to still try and get new customers for a service that does not exist.
I say it is a fraud as the offer was till 30 Nov, whereas bigflix decided to abruptly stop the DVD home rentals already on 18 Nov.
After paying Rs.3999/= I have send email (customer care phone number is not working, it seems they disconnect the telephone connection) to Big Flix Customer care and follow ups. And now when I log in my Customer ID is also not visible.
I have asked a refund due to the fact that Bigfliks is not able to provide me any services that I paid for from more than 3 weeks.
When the company has discontinued with delivery of DVDs w.e.f. 18th Nov’11 why they are giving online offers for the DVD home delivery till 30 NOV.
I request fellow consumers to come up with their comments, whoever else also got same problem with BigFlix. I hope someone in BigFlix watches and take care of resolving this ASAP.
