My smart card No.200860953849 I have given a complaint on 09.08.2011 after making more than 50 calls to the customer care one technician Mobile No.9363350999 turned and checked on 12.08.2011 and informed the set box to be replaced. Since the warranty period is on, he told me to wait upto 15.08.2011. Till Now there is no response either from the technician or from the customer care center.
