The T.V. goes off after 2 hrs on it's own & does not work till it's rested for full 12 hrs. Had called the Dehradun service centre & they kept it for 2 weeks but the problem still persists. The person responsible Kunj Mohan is not at all responsible & the service centre is not paying heed to our complaint. It's total disregard to the ethics of after sales service. Is there anyone who can get our problem resolved!!! I just bought 3 Sony LCD & God forbid if i need any service from their centre... but now never will i buy any product of Sony.
