I am having Tata Sky connection since long time and I almost pay up around 400 - 500 Rs per month as subscription charges. The reception during monsoon becomes a problem due to rains which is understandable and hence was not complained about by me. However, post monsoon, Channels 101 to 123 on Tata Sky under entertainment segment continued with reception problem. The picture stops in between, sound gets cranky. I had made a call to customer helpline on 2nd November and was told within 24 hours respective team would get in touch and resolved the problem. However, even on asking I wasnt given a work order number and no one turned up. Till 7th November, nothing happened and I again called up. I was given work order no. 1-12057866065 and was again promised of resolution of problem in 24 hours. Today on 9th November, the problem continues and I again called up customer care. To my surprise I was told engineer visited my premises on 7th November which is not the case. I have again got another work order no. 1-12088494428 and another promise of resolution within 24 hours. This is not the kind of service expected from Tata Sky
