My Subscriber Id no is - 1071277642. I have made repetitive installation requests however there is one standard scripted reply stating that there is a local cable operator issue and the installation will be done in 8 days. This is a standard reply I am getting for last month for the Subscription taken in month of September. Unfortunately whenever you call TATA Sky Customer Service desk the call automatically gets disconnected with 5 minutes stating "Maximum Call Duration reached". I have spoken to almost all Supervisors but none of them have been able to provide any support. Need help.
