We are having Airtel DTH connection with south value pack. Recently, some of the tamil channels were not able to viewed. Then we added those channels by paying extra cost for it.
Now we wanted to add “Movies Now” channel and subscribed for that, by paying its cost on 16/04. But till now (19-04-11) we have not resumed that channel and the “ERROR NO.:SM2” was showing in TV. I had contacted customer service no.18001028080 several times. We were able to speak to the customer care officer, after waiting for a long time on line. Whenever I speak to the customer care (less) officer, he used to promise me that he will arrange to send a technical person to my house. I spoke to Airtel customer care officer for 4 times (some times the call gets dropped). But so far nobody from Airtel office has visited our house for rectifying that problem.
I don’t know, why this Bharti Airtel is having worthless ‘customer care’ department and useless customer care officers. If I don’t get it resolved by tomorrow, I have decided to CANCEL my connections.
